  • The Virtual Village Strategy: Two dedicated 1-on-1 video sessions to map out your birth preferences and build your custom postpartum recovery plan.
  • Empowered Preparation: Comprehensive birth plan assistance and “Birth Bag” preparation to ensure you and your partner feel organized and ready.
  • Expert Feeding Prep: As a trained Lactation Specialist, I include a dedicated virtual session on infant feeding, latching, and pumping strategies so you feel confident before the baby arrives.
  • Remote Labor Coaching: Real-time coaching and support while you are laboring in the comfort of your home. I help you and your partner navigate the “when to go” transition with peace and confidence.
  • Strategic Advocacy Support: Once you are at the hospital, I remain available for text and phone check-ins during the quiet moments between clinical shifts. To protect your privacy and ensure you feel free to be fully present in your labor, I do not take video calls while medical staff are in the room. This ensures your voice remains the priority and you feel empowered to advocate for yourself using the tools we practiced.
  • The Hybrid Perk (Bay Area Families Only): For families located in the San Francisco Bay Area, this package includes one in-person prenatal visit to practice hands-on comfort measures and partner support techniques in the home.
  • Postpartum Check-in: One virtual follow-up session to process your birth story and troubleshoot any early lactation or newborn care needs.

The Virtual Gentle Cesarean (Surgical Support)

The Focus: Expert guidance to help you advocate for a family-centered belly birth and prepare for a smooth abdominal recovery.

  • The Prep (3 Specialized Virtual Sessions): Step-by-step preparation for what happens in the OR, building your “Gentle Cesarean” plan to hand to your local care team, and preparing your home for surgical recovery.
  • The Support: 24/7 on-call availability for pre-op anxiety or early labor signs.
  • The Birth (Remote Surgical Support): Live phone/text support while you are in the pre-op holding area to manage nerves, and immediate availability once you are back in the recovery room to help guide your first latch.
  • The Healing: 2 Extended Virtual Postpartum visits focusing heavily on emotional processing, recognizing normal incision healing, and virtual surgical lactation counseling.
  • The Hybrid Perk (Bay Area Families Only): For families located in the San Francisco Bay Area, this package includes one in-person prenatal visit to practice hands-on comfort measures and partner support techniques in the home.
