I’m Nadirah, the heart behind Grace Centered Births. I believe your transition into motherhood should be beautifully rooted in grace and backed by the best possible information. As a DONA-certified birth doula and trained Lactation Specialist, I provide a unique hybrid of holistic, unhurried support and the evidence-based advocacy you need. My goal is to protect your “birth bubble” while giving you the research-backed tools to make empowered decisions for your family. Serving throughout the Bay Area, I provide the peaceful presence of a traditional doula combined with the clinical mindset of a modern birth professional.

Furthermore, I help guide your partner so they feel equipped to provide you with additional support throughout the process., as a HIPAA Compliant and Medi-Cal Approved Provider, I am here to advocate for your unique needs. Therefore, we can work together through Kaiser NorCal, Health Net, or Alameda Alliance for Health to ensure you have the support you need for your entire journey.
